PEELED POTATOES (IV GAMA)
To complete the processing cycle and the transformation of potatoes, we have introduced into the market the IV Gama: the advanced technology behind our plant peeling, cutting and packaging. We peel and package potatoes in various end-product formats and sizes ranging from 5 up to 10 kg. Every day we distributed our packaged products in refrigerated trucks in order to get the product to market while keeping them in the best storage conditions, always maintaining the chain of consistent coldness.
UNPEELED POTATOES
In an area totaling approximately 12,000 m2, we maintain cold storage for up to 4,000 tons of potatoes. Three lines of production have the capacity of processing 10 tons / hour each, perform such operations as sorting, washing, handling and packaging of potatoes in formats ranging from 2 kg to 25 kg.
